Old All-Stars defeated Ocee Park 16-1 to win the state championship. Ashleigh
Heard pitched a 1 hitter and struck out 5 in 4 innings. Julee Leaman, Syerra Askew,
Emily Rhodes and Jessica Hughes had 2 hits each. Other members of the state championship
team are Katherine Conner, Brooke Ferreia, Caroline Hannaman, Morgan Robinette
and Lauren Rudesheim. Coaches are Gary Robinette, Paul Rudesheim and Jamie Hughes,
Billy Rhodes. |
